Some years ago, I became friends with Nigel Holland. He was another one of these Big Bear kids that just rips it up on the snow.
Tragically, Nigel became a victim to cancer, and it changed his and all of our lives. This kid and this family have fought like you can’t believe. To this day, post several brain surgery’s and treatments, Nigel has provided us nothing short of a miracle in his fight and recovery. What remains is still lots and lots of physical therapy to help connect his great muscles with his great mind. This entire process has cost a fortune, and still more for the future needs.
