Jordan, Mom, Dad,
I am 59 y.o. and have done some climbing, ie Tetons…You are living my dream, and as a family, what an experience. People do not realize how close you can become on a mountain’s ledge. I climbed the Grand twice, once with my Wife and again with my 12 y.o. son.
Be safe, live out your convictions, and learn from others, specifically the failure of Hall and others by pushing beyond their known safety parameters. I am sure you will. Godspeed.

I really hope you make it safely, and if anything gets bad up there I hope you’re willing to turn around- the summit is always there, your life isn’t. I’ve been following you progress and hope you get close to the summit soon. Please stay safe!
I hope you make the summit but your safety comes first. Be careful on the descent too. Jordan, Paul and Karen – you are liven’ my dream!! The GIS mapping is great and I will be watching your summit attempt. Eat, Sleep and Climb higher than you ever had before!
Technology today is awesome, and is definitly saving lives every second. But what you guys are doing takes something more, it’s what one of your sponsors had, John Wayne, aka Marion Morrison, his real name —– John Wayne had True Grit! You guys need to make a movie! Or how ’bout a book when ya get back? I’m in line for a autographed book!
Live the Dream — STAY SAFE HAVE FUN!!!
Jordan, Karen & Paul,
Keep it going you guys are doing great. Jordan, I want to tell my son that we are friends with the youngest “Man” to ever climb Mount Everest. Good luck and we are thinking of you guys every day! Please be safe.

Thanks for all of the online mapping details. It’s very exciting following your progress. Not only is your progress amazing, you must be having an incredible cultural experience. Namaste!
As you probably already know much has been in the world wide media about the age controversy. Many applaud your effort while other nay sayers lament about the dangers of your efforts. I believe what you are doing is an outstanding effort. I believe thinking outside of the box will (God willing)make a more well rounded individual in your future life as an adult. Never let age be a barrier (either too young or too old). Remember your body manifests what your mind harbors ! Think positive and your dreams will come true.
Jordan, I admit I was not for this – having read what happened in 1996. But I am so excited that so far things are going good! I pray for you and your safe return to sea-level.
God Bless you…
Hey Jordan Big Bear Middle School is tracking your progress via the morning announcements! Can’t wait to do another live SKYPE feed. We’re all behind you! Mr. S.
Hi Again TeamJordan,
You’re making fantastic progress! Love your pix’s.
You have inspired me to go to Shangri-La and Mt. Kawagebo in China.
I’m going there in my new book, “They Will Be Coming Back,” of course.
Have you seen any Yeti or mountain leopards yet?
I’m there w/you every step of the way.
God Speed.
